These terms apply to Theme Crowdy (themecrowdy.com) and to all Wealcoder products and services, including BricksFly and Animation Addons, and the template libraries our plugins connect to. By using the site, our products or our libraries you accept these terms.
1. Template libraries
Our libraries provide starter templates, starter pages and sections for our plugins: BricksFly for the Bricks builder (served from themecrowdy.com) and Animation Addons for Elementor (served from animation-addons.com). Items marked Free can be used by anyone with the free plugin. Items marked Pro are available only to sites with an active Pro license for that product.
You may use imported items to build websites for yourself and your clients. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the items themselves (for example as a template pack or in another library), and you may not bulk-download the library or try to access Pro items without a valid license.
2. Images and other content in templates
Demo images and text are included so you can preview a design. Some may be placeholders or licensed only for demonstration; replace them with your own content before publishing a live site.
3. Purchases and licenses
Paid products and subscriptions (for example BricksFly Pro and Animation Addons Pro) are licensed, not sold. Each license covers the number of sites or seats stated at purchase and includes updates and support for its term. Renewal, refund and license details are shown on the product and checkout pages.
4. Availability
We aim to keep our libraries and online services available, but we may change, add or remove features and items, or suspend a service for maintenance, without notice. Items you have already imported stay on your site.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use our site, products or services to break the law, to overload or attack our servers, or to get around license checks. We may block access that does.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Our products, libraries and their items are provided "as is". Always back up your site before importing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
