This policy explains what information Wealcoder collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers Theme Crowdy (themecrowdy.com) and our store, and all Wealcoder products and the services they connect to, including BricksFly and Animation Addons.
1. Template libraries used by our plugins
Our WordPress plugins load starter templates, starter pages and sections from our template libraries: BricksFly (for the Bricks builder) from themecrowdy.com, and Animation Addons (for Elementor) from animation-addons.com. Both work the same way: a plugin only contacts its library when you open its template screens, search or filter, or import an item. With those requests we receive:
- the search term and filters you choose (category, Free/Pro, layout, colour mode);
- the IDs of the library items you view, mark as favourite or import;
- for Pro versions only: your license key and your site address, so Pro items can be released to licensed sites;
- standard request data every web server receives: IP address, browser or server user agent, and time of the request.
Free versions of our plugins do not send your content, user accounts, e-mail addresses or any other personal data from your site. Images inside imported templates and sections are downloaded from our demo servers (for example bricksfly.com, animation-addons.com, crowdytheme.com, wealcoder.com), which receive the same standard request data.
2. Licenses, updates and connected services
When you activate, check or deactivate a license, or when a Pro plugin checks for updates, it sends your license key, your site address and the product name and version, so we can validate the license and deliver updates.
Wealcoder services that you sign in to store your account details and the projects, animations and settings you create, so the service can save, sync and restore them for you. They are used only to provide the service to you.
3. Accounts, purchases and licenses
When you create an account or buy a product we store your name, e-mail address, billing details you enter, order history and license keys. We use them to deliver your purchase, provide updates and support, manage licenses and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). Card and bank details are sent directly to them and are never stored on our servers. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing. To help prevent fraud, order details such as your IP address may be checked with a fraud-screening service.
4. E-mails
We send e-mails needed for your account and purchases (receipts, license and renewal notices, password resets). Newsletters are only sent if you subscribe, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you logged in and remembering your cart. Our plugins do not set cookies on your site to use our template libraries.
6. How long we keep data
Server logs from library requests are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the service. Account, order and license records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as long as the law requires for accounting.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site (hosting, payment, e-mail delivery, fraud prevention), and only as needed for that service, or when the law requires it.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to its processing. Some records (for example invoices) may have to be kept for legal reasons.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. For any privacy question or request, e-mail us at habib@wealcoder.com.
